Contact NOID

Before submitting

Describe the page or feature, the approximate time, the client version and the result you expected. For a reproducible technical problem, include a short numbered sequence. Do not include a PIN, private key, installation credential, full private message, another person’s location or a confidential attachment.

For police, fire, ambulance, medical or another emergency need, contact the appropriate local emergency service. NOID support is not an emergency channel.

Account-specific support

If you already have a registered NOID, select Account, sign in and open Contact AIEng. That private route associates the request with the correct account without asking you to publish the NOID address here.

Security reports should describe the affected component and safe reproduction steps. Do not exploit another account, access information without authority or publish an unresolved credential.
